Powder Brakes & Clutches are manufactured in wide rating range, form tiny 0.2 KgM (2 Nm) to Massive 200 KgM (2000Nm), in various cooling versions such as Self Cooled, Forced Air cooled, Fan Cooled & Water Cooled. These are true Torque Control Devices. Torque is strictly proportional to Excitation Current applied to Coil.
Web Tension Control systems for Unwind, Rewind & Intermittent section. Web tension control consist Load cell feed back as well as diametric compensation for accurate tension control. Web Tension Control systems configured using either Motorised or Powder brakes & Clutches.
Tension Controls are used mainly for: UNWIND, PAY OFF, REWIND, TAKE UP INFEED, OUTFEED & Intermittant Sections.
